1. Our goal is to ensure that upon completion of one session or additional sessions as needed, you will be comprehensively equipped to implement the details outlined in your personalized action plan to see the improvements you desire.
2. We strive to deliver a significant impact in your first session and offer ONE COMPLIMENTARY follow-up session if you feel that additional support would be beneficial.
3. When booking your service, please select the most appropriate option that is specific to your needs. Your sessions and action plans are personalized according to the results of your evaluation and selected session.
For our services, we work with:
- children (ages: 8-10)
- pre-teens (ages: 11-12)
- teens (ages: 13-19)
- adults (ages: 20+)

Service Suite Expectations
SainTense Booking to Session Process:
1. You select the service of your choice.
2. You complete your booking form and select if you would prefer a Phone Call or Video service.*
3. An evaluation is sent to you within 24 hours of booking. (This evaluation needs to be completed at least 24 hours before your session begins).
4. You meet with a specialist based on your meeting preference who will further discuss your evaluation results, gather more information to help you achieve your expected outcome(s) and draft a results-based action plan for you to implement.**
5. If you choose, a follow-up visit can be scheduled. However, we try to provide as much support from the initial session.
Note:
*All business sessions will be completed via video. If in-person sessions are needed this can be discussed and a business package can be created for your organization.
** In our life coaching sessions, we do not diagnose or prescribe medication. We want you to always feel comfortable and in control of your life! However, if we determine at any point during a session that you would be better supported by a licensed medical professional, we will inform you and assist with your referral. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive support.
