Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Career Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and possess the expertise to offer strategic advice on career advancement, job transitions, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients' career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development.
• Develop personalized career plans and strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
• Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market insights to offer relevant advice.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on career development topics.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. We will train you!
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent time management, communication, customer service, sales and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to client interactions.
