Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Life Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Life Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to guide them in setting and achieving meaningful goals, overcoming obstacles, and enhancing their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to help others, and the ability to inspire positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
• Develop personalized action plans and strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and industry trends.
• Maintain confidential client records and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. We will train you. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology,  Life Coach Certification or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals.
• Flexibility to work with clients across various time zones or preferred time.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling.
