Welcome to Saintense. By accessing or utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions specified in this policy. Please read them thoroughly. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, we advise against using our services.
Service Description
Our consultation service offers expert advice and guidance. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee that all recommendations will be appropriate for every individual situation.
After booking, you will be assigned to a designated expert from the Saint Crew that best aligns with your needs.
Within 24 hours of booking, someone will contact you via email to provide additional details and items for you to complete in preparation for your session.
Eligibility
To access our consultation services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 year old, we will need an adult parent or guardian who is over the age of 18 to sign a consent form allowing you to utilize our service. Our consent form will be sent at the time of booking and can also be downloaded from our website. This consent form needs to be completed and sent to us 24 hours before your appointment. Please email form to info@saintense.com.
- Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Confidentiality
We are dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality of your personal information. All consultations are confidential, and your details will not be disclosed to third parties unless mandated by law.
Fees and Payment
- Consultation Fees: Fees vary based on the type and length of the consultation, and all costs will be clearly communicated beforehand.
- Payment Methods: We accept a range of payment options, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.
- Refund Policy: For any refund request you can cancel your service by emailing info@saintense.com and receive a store credit/service credit to use to rebook or request a new service. We highly encourage you to reschedule which can be done from our website. We review all request in detail as we strive to provide the best service possible. Any refund request made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be provided a store credit/service credit as we begin working towards your service request at the time of booking to ensure that we provide a satisfactory service that meets your needs.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours or more before your appointment notice. A service credit will be issued at the time of cancellation. Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be issued a store credit/service credit to be used for a future service. However, our goal is to strive for customer satisfaction and we are willing to review all cancellation request in detail. Please feel free to email info@saintense.com.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment as necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Our consultation service is offered on an "as-is" basis. While we aim to provide valuable insights, we are not responsible for any decisions made based on our advice. Users take full responsibility for their actions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to users via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current and revised terms.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment
- Payment Schedule: Payment for the services provided shall be made at the time of booking.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made in full at the time of your service booking request. We accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paze. We do have currency conversion based on location.
- Refund Policy: For any refund request you can cancel your service by emailing info@saintense.com and receive a store credit/service credit to use to rebook or request a new service. We highly encourage you to reschedule which can be done from our website. We review all request in detail as we strive to provide the best service possible. Any refund request made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be provided a store credit/service credit as we begin working towards your service request at the time of booking to ensure that we provide a satisfactory service that meets your needs.
- For any promotional service offers: all payments such as referrals are made in USD. Referrals are paid out within 30 days of the referee completing their session. Payouts are made via Zelle, Cash App or PayPal. To receive your referral payout ensure that your name and email matches the name and email address entered by the referee at the time of booking.
- Dispute Resolution: Any payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the appointment time. The parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any disputes promptly.
- Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to users via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current and revised terms. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms and conditions.

This may include, but is not limited to, information shared during coaching sessions, assessments, and related communications. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of this PHI in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
3. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience.Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site and during coaching to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Process your transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
- Improve our website and services.
- Communicate with you about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services.
- Provide life coaching services, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and communicating about your progress.
- Use PHI as permitted or required by HIPAA, including for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.

We will enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with third-party service providers who have access to PHI, as required by HIPAA.
- As Required by HIPAA: We may disclose PHI as permitted or required by HIPAA, including for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, or as required by law. We will not disclose your PHI without your written authorization, except as permitted by HIPAA.
5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and PHI. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we havecollected personal data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We also do not provide life coaching services to children under 13.
