• Payment Schedule: Payment for the services provided shall be made according to the following schedule: [upfront fees prior to booking the service]
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or PayPal. Please ensure that all payments are made in $USD.
• Refund Policy: For any refund request you can cancel your service by emailing request@saintense.com and receive a store credit/service credit to use to rebook or request a new service. We highly encourage you to reschedule which can be done from our website. We review all request in detail as we strive to provide the best service possible. Any refund request made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be provided a store credit/service credit as we begin working towards your service request at the time of booking to ensure that we provide a satisfactory service that meets your needs.
• Dispute Resolution: Any payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the appointment time. The parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any disputes promptly.
• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to users via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current and revised terms.
