Do you accept partial payments or insurance?

Currently, service bookings require full payment at the time of request. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paze for your convenience.

While we don't directly process insurance, you can inquire with your provider about potential reimbursement for coaching or consulting services.

What happens after you book a service?

Once you book a service, you'll be matched with a dedicated specialist from our Saint Crew who best fits your specific needs.

Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with detailed information and any preparation steps for your session, ensuring you're fully ready to make the most of our time together.

I just placed my service request can I speak to someone now?

We understand your eagerness to get started! After you submit your service request, a member of our Saint Crew will personally reach out to you within 24-48 hours via your preferred contact method (phone, text, or email).

Please indicate your preference when booking. If we can't reach you that way, we'll send an email to ensure you receive our communication.

I paid and scheduled a service but I will not be able to make it. Can I cancel or reschedule?

We're happy to help you reschedule your consultation or life coaching service with your current or a new Saint Crew member.

We dedicate time and preparation to your session from the moment you book. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing info@saintense.com.

While we focus on rescheduling to meet your needs, we do not currently offer cancellations.

I’m unhappy with my consultation or coaching results, can I get a refund?

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're always striving to improve. If you ever feel your needs aren't being met during a session, please contact us immediately at info@saintense.com so we can address your concerns.
