Do you accept partial payments or insurance?

Currently, all payments are made in full at the time of your service booking request. We accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paze.

What happens after you book I service?

You will be assigned to a designated expert from the Saint Crew that best aligns with your needs.

Within 24 hours of booking, someone will contact you via email to provide additional details and items for you to complete in preparation for your session.

I just placed my service request can I speak to someone now?

We strive to see your needs met. Once you place a service request, one of the amazing members from the Saint Crew will reach out to you within 24-48 hours from the date and time of your request via phone, text or email.

Please ensure you state your preferred method of contact. If we are unable to reach you via your preferred method of contact we will send an email.

I paid and scheduled a service but I will not be able to make it. Can I cancel or reschedule?

If your service was scheduled on the SainTense website for one or more of the direct services that we offer such as consults or life coaching services:

We will be happy to assist you with rescheduling your service with your current or a new member from the Saint Crew. We are committed to meeting your needs and begin working on your session from the time you make a service request with us. As a result, we do not accept cancellations at this time.
To be rescheduled please inform us at least 24 hours before your session appointment.

I’m unhappy with my consultation or coaching results, can I get a refund?

We are always striving to improve the services that we offer. If you ever feel that during a coaching or consultation that your needs aren’t met please feel free to contact us at info@saintense.com.

I signed up for the career consulting, will this help me get a job or get admitted into school?

Our aim is to get you setup for success in whatever field that you wish to pursue employment. Though we do our best to prepare you, we are not able to guarantee that you will be hired or get into a school program. However, we will work with you to help make you a top candidate! Your success is our success.

I signed up for the business consulting, will this ensure that my business makes a profit?

You’re here because you are someone that needs support with business development, figuring out your next steps or just achieving your goals for your business.
